WOJCIECH ROCŁAWSKI

SŁAWOMIR TOMALCZYK - Of counsel
is an advocate with more than 25 years' experience in the legal profession. After graduation from university,
he has for many years practiced the profession of a public prosecutor. Mr Tomalczyk's interest remains
focused on the penal law with respect to commercial transactions, penal revenue law, customs and
indemnification law. Recognized defence lawyer inter alia in criminal proceedings against the "Łódź octopus"
and other well-known penal and penal revenue proceedings.
Mr Tomalczyk is an active participant in charity campaigns and a patron of cultural and social
initiatives.

WIOLETTA GWIZDAŁA
graduated with very good results in law at the Law and Administration Faculty of the Cardinal Stefan
Wyszyński University in Warsaw. Her master's thesis on the protection of personal interests of legal
entities was done under the direction of Prof Tomasz Dybowski, PhD. She is attending a training
programme for attorneys at law in the Bar Association in Warsaw.
During her studies, she was gaining wide professional experience at law offices in Warsaw.
Since 2007, at the RGW Law Office. As part of her professional activities, she is advising companies
in transport and telecommunications business and is involved in providing legal aid in respect of
environmental protection. She takes an active part in projects involving acts of unfair competition,
in particular she leads the legal trainings for entrepreneurs. She specializes in civil law
consultancy and broadly understood legal aid to entrepreneurs.
She is a research and didactic worker at the Chair of Law and Administration at the National
Security Faculty of the National Defence University. |

JAROSŁAW POSTÓŁ

ANTONI ANASZ
since January 2010 he is doing a trainee as legal advisor. He graduated in law at Adam Mickiewicz University
in Poznań (Poland) and as Master of German and Polish Law at European University Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder
(Germany). His master's thesis about "Abstract examination of general terms and conditions in German and
Polish Law" was done under the direction of Prof. Marian Kępiński and Prof. Dieter Martiny. He spent his
Erasmus - year at the Bilgi University in Istanbul (Turkey).
He is interested in competition and company law. Since 2009, at the RGW Law Office.

ANNA WÓJCIK
In 2009 Anna Wójcik became a member of the Legal Advisors' Chamber in Warsaw, where she is serving
his legal internship as a legal advisor trainee. She graduated with very good results in law at the Law
and Administration Faculty of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. Her master's thesis
on the transboundary merger of companies in company law and competition law was done under the
direction of Cezary Mik, PhD. She participated in Erasmus scholarship at University in Germany.
She is interested in civil law, company law and European Union law. She gained professional experience
working for several law offices in Warsaw. Since 2009, at the RGW Law Office.

AGATA PRZBYŁA
She is a law graduate of the Warsaw University. Her master's thesis in the field of comparative law, concerning
the institution of land charge, was written under the direction of Prof. Jerzy Rajski. She is a barrister's trainee
with the District Bar Association in Warsaw.
She took part in various programmes for foreign law students and graduates at many German Universities,
within the framework of which she obtained, among other things, the certificate "The Basis of German Law"
of the Humboldt University in Berlin and the "CUSL" certificate of the Univeristy in Cologne on the law of
the United States. She has done LLM studies at the University of Cologne with specialization in competition
law and intellectual property law. In addition, she finished a course of the School of German and European
Law at the Law and Administration Faculty of the Warsaw University.
She gained practical legal skills in diverse areas of civil and criminal law as well as broadly understood
economic law, particularly as a member of RGW Law Office team, with which she is affiliated since 2008,
as well as through cooperation, continued since the time of her studies, with the Polish and German offices
of legal advisors and attornes at law.
